PrettyKey Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ToonMatch ("we", "us") governing your use of the PrettyKey app and related services (the "Service"). By downloading or using PrettyKey, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PrettyKey is a custom keyboard for iPhone that lets you personalize your keyboard with themes, colors, fonts, key styles, animated backgrounds, and AI-generated designs, along with typing features such as predictions and voice typing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use PrettyKey. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PrettyKey for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA (see section 12). You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, its themes, fonts, or software except as allowed by law.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Do not submit AI prompts, instructions, or text intended to generate or process illegal, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit content. We may filter or refuse requests and remove generated content.

5. AI-Generated Themes

"Create with AI" sends the text prompt you enter to our AI provider to generate a background image. You are responsible for the prompts you submit. Generated images are provided "as is"; we make no guarantee that a given result is unique or free of similarity to other outputs. Subject to applicable provider terms, images generated for you may be used within PrettyKey as your keyboard theme.

6. AI Writing Tools

PrettyKey's AI writing tools (for example Improve, Fix spelling & grammar, Rephrase, and custom instructions you enter) send the text you select or paste, together with your instruction, to our AI provider to produce a rewritten result. You are responsible for the text and instructions you submit and for reviewing the output before you use it. Results are provided "as is", may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and should not be relied upon without your review. Do not submit content you are not permitted to process. A limited number of AI actions are available for free; continued use requires an active PrettyKey Premium subscription, and usage may be rate-limited to prevent abuse.

7. Translation, Notes & Clipboard

Translation is performed on your device using Apple's Translation framework. Notes and clipboard history are stored on your device (and, for notes, in your own iCloud account if you enable sync). These features are provided for your convenience "as is". You are responsible for the content you save, and PrettyKey is not liable for any loss of locally stored notes or clipboard data — for example after reinstalling the app or clearing its data.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

PrettyKey offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions, PrettyKey Premium, which unlock AI theme creation, AI writing tools, and the full premium theme library. Plans:

• PrettyKey Premium Weekly — 1 week
• PrettyKey Premium Monthly — 1 month
• PrettyKey Premium Yearly — 1 year

Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.

9. Third-Party Content

PrettyKey includes fonts and other assets licensed from third parties, and integrates third-party services (see our Privacy Policy). Such content remains the property of its respective owners and is provided subject to their licenses.

10. Intellectual Property

PrettyKey, its design, software, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content except the limited license above.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded PrettyKey from the Apple App Store, your license is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs for App Store downloads.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of PrettyKey after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
