Setting up the keyboard

Open the Settings app.
Go to General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and choose PrettyKey.
Open Apps → PrettyKey → Keyboards and turn on Allow Full Access.
In any app, tap and hold the 🌐 globe key to switch to PrettyKey.

You can also tap "Open PrettyKey in Settings" inside the app to jump straight there.

Frequently asked questions

Why does PrettyKey ask for "Allow Full Access"?

Full Access lets the keyboard apply your chosen theme and settings, give haptic feedback, offer voice typing, and optionally sync through your own iCloud. PrettyKey never sends what you type to us — your keystrokes and learned words stay on your device.

How do I create a theme with AI?

Open PrettyKey, tap Create with AI, describe the look you want, and generate. AI theme creation is part of PrettyKey Premium.

How do subscriptions work?

PrettyKey Premium is available as Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.

How do I restore my purchase?

On the Premium screen, tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

How do I sync across my devices?

Turn on iCloud Sync in the app. Your themes, preferences, and learned words are stored in your own iCloud account and follow you across your devices.

Voice typing isn't working.

Make sure Full Access is on, and that Microphone and Speech Recognition are allowed in Apps → PrettyKey.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data from our servers. On-device data remains until you delete the app.
